CoreSo provides custom web development, design, and related digital services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Client portal access for project management

When you create an account on our client portal, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The CoreSo website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by CoreSo and protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Client Work

Ownership and licensing of work created for clients is governed by individual project agreements. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Third-party components (open-source libraries, stock assets) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Project Terms

Specific project terms, including scope, timeline, deliverables, payment schedule, and revision policies, are defined in individual project proposals and agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific project agreement, the project agreement prevails.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements or quotes
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
  • Applicable taxes will be added as required by law

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • CoreSo provides its website and services “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreSo, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable written notice. Upon termination:

  • You remain responsible for any outstanding payments
  • We will provide reasonable access to your project files and data
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
